Well what can I say, Ms Grassi is honestly the most amazing consultant I have ever met. From the word go she was direct, honest, truthful and caring. I had the pleasure and I really do mean that (even under the circumstances) of having her magic hands and untold knowledge to guide me through a crazy time in my life. Not once did I feel scared or nervous, I fully trusted this wonderful lady. And I can honestly say what an amazing job she had done with my reconstruction, so many have commented on how it looks. I'm absolutely gutted she's unable to see through the rest of my journey but I wish her all the luck in the future. You have played a very large part in my life even if it was only a short 6 months you will be truly missed. Lots of love Helen Seager xx

At a most difficult and upsetting time in my life I had the most amazing good fortune to be under the care of Ms. Grassi. She is the most exceptional consultant and skilful surgeon, not only showing great professionalism but so much kindness and attention to detail. I always felt she had so much time for me, explaining everything so clearly and I literally felt that I was her only patient. I cannot speak highly enough about Ms. Grassi. Thank you so much for your wonderful care for which I will be eternally grateful.

Miss Grassi is a wonderful Breast Consultant. She has operated on me twice now and she has been amazing. She puts you at ease and is so understanding and explains everything nothing is too much trouble. Her clinic is always full but she doesn't rush you and takes her time explaining everything. It's a shame she is leaving it will be a great lose to St Margaret's Breast Clinic in Epping but I wish her every success in her new venture. Thank you.

Thank you so much Ms Grassi, I’d say you are a genius and did a work of art on me! I had a breast reduction on right breast and a nipple reconstruction on left breast. (Many years ago I had a mastectomy on left breast, leaving my right breast larger/droopy). I was happy to be healthy again, but felt very self conscious and uncomfortable for many years. All that changed when I met Ms Grassi who operated on me, I was nervous at first. No need, she was so easy to talk to, listened, professional, kind and caring a brilliant surgeon. Not sure if she realises what a God send she is! The breast reduction/lift was so neat, no problems after, I felt like a new woman, so many things now feel comfortable and I am a lot more confident. The nipple reconstruction was amazing, never expected it to be so easy! Anyone who is lucky enough to have Ms Grassi as their consultant is in safe hands. Thank you Ms Grassi for all your hard work and kind care, and to all the nurses at St Margaret’s, Alison, Karen and everyone who looked after me. Good luck for the future Ms Grassi you will be greatly missed and take care of yourself, lots of love, Bernadette Hall x

I was impressed and comforted by how Ms Grassi considered many options about how to go about the surgery and how to reconstruct my breast. She even saw me before the operation to confirm her ideas about the procedures she would use. Following surgery I am delighted to say that no one would notice what has happened to me. I look exactly as I did before, especially when clothed, although even without clothes I don't think it is that obvious. I consider myself very fortunate to have been under Ms Grassi's care and would assure other patients that you could not hope for a better surgeon.
