I have to mention name anna frommpoland looked after me sooo well such lovely girl young family so only see her once week. Likewise all the staff be rude to single out anymore but Mo have to say is such caring lovely young man Food excellent no plastic plates cups Everywhere spotless It's like 4 star hotel. I gave good answer to all the questions because I am satisfied with the service on the ward and all the staff are excellent.

My mothers catheter was left full and on the floor on more than I occasion. She was also made to feel dirty for soiling herself (she has pressed the bell and waited 35 minutes). Some staff seem highly uncaring.

Listened to patiently engage with patients be more patient! Communicate better (EG. Tell people when and why they are being moved) senior staff to be present and night staff are negligent and nurse most of them.

Some nurses are very miserable and do not seem to have the caring nature you would expect of a nurse. Not many, but mostly on night shifts.

Spoke to me quietly and explained the problem with me taking food to my room, when I was distressed and did not want to face everyone in the dining room.
