Overall all aspect of care were good/very good early notification of whether we would be involved in weekly reviews should be provided irrespective.

'My care and support' documentation should have been provided at least onday of admission or earlier in our case it was given to us to complete 1 week after admission. Information provided there in sould somehow be made available to staff going thecaring.
