Miss Theodora Pissanou was wonderful. She explained everything well, finding the layman's terms I needed to understand — even using photos and diagrams on her phone to help explain things. She is a very capable surgeon and she also has excellent bedside manner. I wish I could offer more useful constructive feedback, but the experience with Miss Pissanou has been exemplary.

I was due to have my Gall bladder removed via key hole surgery. My operation was converted to open surgery due to complications during the procedure. It was due to Miss Pissanou's expertise in her field that I am still here today. My liver hemorrhaged and I was bleeding to death, my operation was stopped, relevant action taken and my life saved, all due to the skill and foresight of my surgeon. If it was not for Miss Pissanou I would not be here today and for that I am truly grafeful. I cannot thank her enough.
