Miss Theodora Pissanou was wonderful. She explained everything well, finding the layman's terms I needed to understand — even using photos and diagrams on her phone to help explain things.
She is a very capable surgeon and she also has excellent bedside manner.
I wish I could offer more useful constructive feedback, but the experience with Miss Pissanou has been exemplary.
