I had the misfortune of being dismissed by this Dr and one of her registrars. I was born with a rare womb deformality and had several miscarriages. They refused to support me, they also didn't believe Zolodex was making me ill (even though it's now been proven it has severe side effects). They dismissed me like I was crazy and in my head. So I got a 2nd opinion. Had surgery to reconstruct my womb that this consultant and her colleague refused too and had 2 successful pregnancies. The worst thing is I put is a gdpr request on my notes, some of the things they wrote were disgusting. They didn't even get the womb deformality correct either because on my 2nd opinion laporscopy they discovered more then she or colleague did.

I have been under the care of Professor Rymer for over a year, initially as an outpatient but most recently as an in patient. I really liked her friendly but professional approach in the clinic where she was able to rapidly reassure me as to the cause of my symptoms and alter my therapy resulting in the symptoms resolving. More recently she has had to operate (for another reason) and again I found her reassuring manner left me feeling safe and well cared for; when my body was slow to recover from the procedure her constant reassurance (she saw or spoke to me at least twice a day) that I just needed time and that all was well, made me feel so much better. She was right, I just needed time. I recommend this doctor most highly.
