Miss Patel gave me my life back in November 2020, I had been told by another surgeon that I was too old at age eighty five to withstand an ileostomy reversal, and quite frankly I had given up the will to live, finding the stoma management more than problematical. Miss Patel was so encouraging and positive about the reversal procedure that I began to have faith in the possibility of a successful reversal. She performed the surgery so successfully that I am now having a normal diet and functioning in better shape than I was in my early eighties. I shall never be able to thank her enough for her excellent surgical expertise and for her considerate care and compassion.

Ms Heena Patel is an exceptional surgeon and doctor. I first saw her believing I had IBS. After explaining My symptoms of gripy pain in the upper abdomen and lower abdomen. She organised a CT scan which found the mass in my bowel. She then organised my operation for 2 and a half weeks. She removed the large tumour and surrounding colon, appendix and created a ileostomy stoma in a very successful operation. My open surgery scar and stoma are incredibly neat. Every interaction with Ms Patel she is compassionate, good humoured, tailors her answers to her patient and displays her extensive knowledge. Ms Patel was the driving force behind all my treatment and saved my life. You can’t thank her enough but if anyone I cared about was going through the same thing I would want Ms Patel to be their surgeon. She deserves every accolade possible.

I saw Miss Heena Patel last year and she was extremely professional throughout my consultation. She listened to everything I had to say. Took interest in all my worries and went out of her way to help me find out what is wrong. She also shows a lot of empathy which is lovely. Miss Patel did my procedure and all the way through put me at ease. I found that nothing is too much trouble for her and it is a lovely attribute to have especially when you are scared and worried. I would definitely recommend Miss Patel to anyone.
