Ms Heena Patel is an exceptional surgeon and doctor. I first saw her believing I had IBS.
After explaining My symptoms of gripy pain in the upper abdomen and lower abdomen. She organised a CT scan which found the mass in my bowel. She then organised my operation for 2 and a half weeks. She removed the large tumour and surrounding colon, appendix and created a ileostomy stoma in a very successful operation.
My open surgery scar and stoma are incredibly neat.
Every interaction with Ms Patel she is compassionate, good humoured, tailors her answers to her patient and displays her extensive knowledge.
Ms Patel was the driving force behind all my treatment and saved my life. You can’t thank her enough but if anyone I cared about was going through the same thing I would want Ms Patel to be their surgeon. She deserves every accolade possible.
