I chose this doctor originally as she had an available appointment slot.What a good choice. I have chosen to see her ever since. Her manner is one of really caring about the patient and knowledgeable about the processes of the trust to get medical care. An appointment with her is like seeing a GP decades ago with whom one had built up a relationship but had seemed to be no more, wonderful.

Dr. Hasafa is a real asset to this practice. She is professional, caring, shows empathy and has a wonderful manner. I have seen her several times over the last few months following a health problem that took place whilst on holiday abroad, and she has ensured I received the care I needed via prompt hospital referrals as well as from herself. She listens carefully and never makes you feel like she's rushed. In my opinion Dr. Hasafa provides excellent care and I hope she remains at this practice for a long time.

Very good care including a phone call in the evening to check I was OK following blood results which were concerning. Dr Hasafa is professional, friendly and is keen to provide continuity of care which is very important to patients.
