Totally professional and a good listener, relaxed non judgemental approach. Communicates results quietly ensuring, as far as possible, that the patient has understood.

Dr Beales is the best type of GP - he listens carefully, is always friendly and engenders a sense of trust. You feel that he really weighs up options rather than jumping to conclusions and always includes you in his final advise or recommendations. Where necessary he is quick to refer you to the relevant consults. Each time I've been to a consultant they have quite spontaneously said what a good GP he is and that his letters of referral are thorough and informed. I feel lucky to have him as my GP!

I have always found Dr Beales to be very caring and understanding. Everything is always explained in great detail regarding any symptoms or concerns I may have. He is alway very polite and nothing is ever too much trouble. I cannot think of any ways in which there needs to be any improvements made.
