In 20 + years Dr Beales has always listened carefully when I have seen him and referred on without hesitation when he felt it necessary. The best GP I have ever had in my 75 years!

Dr Beales has been my GP since 2010 when I transferred from another practise. After a thorough examination he referred me to a consultant and I had an urgent operation the following day. The previous practise had continually told me I was suffering from arthritis when I had in fact a disc almost severing my spinal cord. He has since been accommodating where possible and works well under the time constraints of NHS appointments. Until very recently when the automated telephone booking system was available I always booked an appointment with Dr Beales. That mode of telephone booking made the surgery stand out, sadly no longer since the merger with another practise. All good things do come to an end.

A very approachable and sympathetic doctor who listens. I have several conditions and he has been monitoring my health for several years in an efficient, professional and informative way, referring me to specialists as and when necessary. I am so grateful to have such an excellent doctor and service from the Surgery.
