I find Dr Uppal kind, attentive and helpful. He is always welcoming and appears relaxed although in the midst of a busy surgery. He is able to put across his point of view without being abrupt or offensive, even when it is something we may disagree with. He likes to take one step at a time and so I feel this makes his approach to a problem and treatment clear. Despite the difficulty of the appointment system, I have managed to see Dr Uppal fairly consistently which has enabled my trust to build with his advice and care.

Dr Uppal has been treating me as GP for my chronic pain in hands and legs. He has been very systematic in his approach and taken the case systematically by eliminating all possible causes. He has referred me to specialist at right time. He has been very cooperative and caring in all his communication during the treatment. I would rate him as very capable GP who know how to take care of his patients. He has not only been very good from treatment point of view but has been good too in advising me on changes on my occupation side to avoid any further deterioration. I thank him for all his support and care and hope to continue to get till I completely get rid of the pain.
