I find Dr Uppal kind, attentive and helpful. He is always welcoming and appears relaxed although in the midst of a busy surgery. He is able to put across his point of view without being abrupt or offensive, even when it is something we may disagree with. He likes to take one step at a time and so I feel this makes his approach to a problem and treatment clear.
Despite the difficulty of the appointment system, I have managed to see Dr Uppal fairly consistently which has enabled my trust to build with his advice and care.
