The communication of this gentleman was perfect.
The way he tested my memory problem was absolutely brilliant.

Dr Chan listened to everyone and was interested in all we had to say as a family. He put our minds at ease and reassured any fears or doubts we had. He was very helpful in directing us to the appropriate help that we need.

Dr Chan has a very gentle approach which is an asset when dealing with older patients with dementia and their carers. He is sympathetic and considerate in his approach.He always listens to concerns and addresses them appropriately and provides easy to understand explanations.

Dr Chan had a welcoming smile and relaxed, confident approach which immediately put the patient at ease. He was very easy to talk to.
He was also very good at considering the future needs of the patient with clear explanations.
He is a kind, firm, considerate and very polite doctor.
