Dr Rao was caring and compassionate. Although our consultation was online the consultation was very professional. It was clear that Dr Rao had read all the supporting documents prior to my assessment and she was looking in more depth at factors that might have affected my presentation. Dr Rao took a holistic approach and although she has suggested medication she was also keen for me to explore talking therapies to support me through my journey. I feel an immense sense of validation from the whole experience and relief that there is a reason I struggle with things that other people seem to do easily. Now my underlying diagnosis is identified I can focus on my strengths and work around the things I find challenging.

Dr Rao was so good, I felt at ease in my initial assessment. I was diagnosed instantly and had my report and a letter sent to my GP within a few days. I recently started titration and feel that everything she said she would do she did in a very timely manner.

Sushma Rao offers an excellent service. Her communication style is professional while at the same time being warm and non judgemental. Her report was provided within two weeks of the assessment and medication commenced within three weeks. She listened to my views on which medication I would like to try based on asking others and reading about it. However, when the medication I started with caused me unwanted side effects she changed the regime within 24 hrs. She provides an outstanding service in all areas.
