Dr Rao did my autism assessment which was around 4 months wait time from right to choose. She was kind and listed out the three categories questions would be around. She wasn't ambiguous with questions which put me at ease. She was able to diagnose me there and then giving detailed reasoning as to why she came to the diagnosis with a further report being sent within 3 weeks. She did say she sometimes recommends therapy but having had CBT for years beforehand she didn't think that was needed. If you were like myself and looked at this website before your autism assessment I recommend going onto embrace autism website and doing all their questionnaires, the questions are very similar and made the process easier to know what to expect.
