I have been seeing Dr Zachariah since February this year. My mum attended my first appointment with me as she was full of worry. The first thing she said when we came out the consultation room was, I’m really happy with him, he has explained everything perfectly. I couldn’t agree more. He made me feel at ease straight away and explained everything with diagrams and numbers. I am continuing to see him and feel very lucky to have him as my consultant. Thank you.

I am so happy to have stumbled across this great man (he wouldn't describe himself thus, I'm sure -- he has a quiet, kind humility). After a decade of taking T4 and dealing with the usual GP nonsense when my symptoms actually appeared to be worsening, I typed "open minded endo" (or some such) into google and lo -- up came his name, with glowing reviews. I packed a flask of tea and made the long drive to Gatwick to see him. It is not an understatement to say that after only three months, my life is completely changed. He listened, he questioned *gently, warmly* and looked closely at my bloods, then suggested trying T3. It is as if a light has gone on for me, finally; I can get through an entire week without sleeping 16 hours at a time by Thursday. It is incredible. My own GP was quite sniffy when I mentioned I was trying out T3, despite the bloods clearly showing autoimmune hypothyroidism - but Dr Zachariah was as open-minded as I'd hoped, and I feel like my faith in the medical profession has been restored.

I was extremely unwell and low. Dr Zacharia was able to do the correct tests then focus the correct treatment for me. Including dietary advice , vitamin supplements, life style changes and various access to new medications. It has taken 8 months of being listened to and all of the above tweaking. To finally be back fit and healthy. Dr Zacharia Sunil will BELIEVE YOU if tests are normal but YOUR UNWELL he listens and hears you and understands and HELPS. Trust him he will help you . I was seen at the Montifore Hospital in Hove BN3 1RD

I have been seeing Dr Zachariah for almost a year now and it’s the best decision I ever made. I had been to the doctors before many times, convinced that I had a thyroid problem but been sent home every time and told I was fine and refused to refer me to a specialist. Eventually I decided to make an appointment myself with Dr Zachariah at the Spire hospital and he has been fantastic ever since. He listened to my symptoms and came up with a plan that has improved my life beyond recognition. I now have family members working with him after years of inappropriate treatment and dismissal by various doctors. I cannot recommend this man highly enough. Thank you Dr Zachariah.

I have been seeing Dr Zachariah at Spire Gatwick Park for 5 years for Thyroid issues. He is without a doubt the best doctor I have ever seen about anything. In terms of my thyroid, Dr Zachariah is like a Ferrari mechanic or a NASA rocket engineer. He listens to me and all of the symptoms, looks at me, remembers what I said and how I felt, and treats every problem. Having an issue with your thyroid is a funny beast and there is only one person I would trust with it: him. A previous Endo told me that I would need to have my thyroid removed immediately and that I had Graves Disease. I thought this diagnosis a bit stark: went straight to Dr Z (selected from the Spire website purely because I looked at his face and thought he looked kind - he is, incredibly so) and he not only told me that this operation was wholly unnecessary, but very quickly established what was actually wrong with me (not Graves) and has treated it brilliantly and perfectly since then. I will also say this: I am a bit of a hypochondriac and I used to worry about my health to an extent that I was actually making myself ill. Since I have been seeing Dr Zachariah, I have transformed into a happy, non anxious person purely because he listens to me, talks things through with me, understands that my worries do not necessarily come from actually being ill, and sends me away feeling like I could conquer the world. I would move to the other side of the country to keep him as my doctor. And if I could give him a million stars out of five, I would.
