Dr Munshi is very friendly and put me at ease straight away. He listened to my story right from the start of my Aortic Dissection as a prelude to the stroke I suffered during surgery. He took his time to explain to me why I had suffered a stroke, showed me the CT scans and pointed out the problem areas, then drew a diagram for me to show me what had happened. If I needed to know more, he even told me a couple of academic papers that I could look at. Better still, he was the author!
Phone call made on time and made me feel totally reassured in his assessment. He took the time to actually listen and respond to what I was saying. This was a follow up call to my original hospital admission back in January. I wish I had had the opportunity to see him at the time of admission as my diagnosis would probably have better represented how I felt and what I was saying.
Dr Munshi is a receptive sympathetic doctor who listens to his patient and responds well. It was really good to have a video meeting instead of by phone. The sound was ok but the lighting poor - maybe lighting can be improved for future consultations.

This doctor rang me to consult about my after care. He explained things carefully and explained changes to my medication and listened to my opinion and discussed it in detail. He explained very well and I was very pleased with the service from this doctor. Cannot fault him in any way.
Thank you very much for your feedback.
Doctor was great, had my 6 week stroke consultation with him. He had time and patience for all my questions and answered them with an emphasis on the real world rather than just the textbook answers.
