I was really nervous for this appointment and I felt really chill with this doctor. He was polite and attentive and listened to my enquiries and specific needs. He was sympathetic with my other mental conditions like health anxiety and reassured me about the safety of ADHD treatment. I would recommend him to anyone

Shyamal carefully went through my notes and supporting documentation before our meeting. During that meeting, he listened well, answered my questions, and provided a good insight into my symptoms. I was happy with his diagnosis and would certainly recommend him to anybody looking for support with a neurodevelopmental condition.

I had a great experience during my assessment with Dr Mashru. He was professional but not overly-formal which eased my anxiety regarding the appointment right away. He listened to me carefully and repeated himself when I asked him to. Thank you!

I was really nervous for my assessment But that soon went away within mins of talking to this doctor. He didn't judge me when i forgot my ID and had to then go looking for my purse, He just waiting patiently. He took time to listen to me and explained that alot of the stuff i mentioned was to do with ADHD. He explained to me about the hormones related to ADHD and why i have the traits that i do, To finally be validated around all the things that i though was just me being wired was a breath of fresh air. Not only did he tell me i have ADHD he informed me of the type and how he came to that conclusion, Something that i needed so i could come to terms with the diagnosis myself ( good old imposter syndrome). I feel like many other Drs wouldn't give you that time to put you at ease before they let you go, This Dr made you feel like you mattered and to me that is a very valuable skill to have when doing these types of assessments. We ended the session with him letting me know what would happen next, and made the whole process easy to understand. I highly recommend this Dr for those of you who don't like talking to new people or are very anxious of the process.
