This is the first time that I can remember not feeling rushed through my appointment with a doctor (and I can completely sympathise with the amount of patients doctors must see within a limited time - but I have left past appointments at different surgeries feeling overlooked and I don't think that is ever acceptable) Dr Shobana was calm, friendly and took the time to listen whilst asking questions throughout, to get a better understanding of my problem within the limited time of an appointment. She was reassuring and definitely put my mind at ease when I was worried. Through being personable and asking questions she learnt that I love to read and she also suggested books that I may find helpful for my condition and wrote these down for me - I read them and they also were a great help. She is a perfectly well-rounded doctor who not only gave medical advice/attention but also worked to help me, help myself. I would definitely recommend - she is a lovely lady.

Dr Shobi is an excellent doctor, she is very patient, compassionate and understanding. She is friendly and takes the time to listen to you with a very lovely smile that makes you feel at ease after visiting the surgery. Selfishly I hope she continues to stay on at the practice.

I have been seeing Dr Shobana Sreethanan for a while. She has always been kind, patient and totally understanding. Her advice as always been thoughtful and any practical steps and actions are realistic for me to act upon. Thank you Dr Shobi. Parkside Group Practice is a wonderful surgery all the Drs and their support staff have always been kind and professional. They always go above and beyond for all their patients.

I first met with this Doctor late last year. I required a blood test which came back as positive for a medical condition, I have to say that she was prompt in getting me further tests, and seeing the right medical teams. I have seen her today for another condition, again this was the result of another test. She explained what I had wrong, she is always professional in her approach and courteous to patients. I would be happy to see her anytime. To be honest, I find all the medical team at Parkside helpful , at times they are under pressure to deal with as many patients as possible, but they do this in a professional manner. Thank you.
