Dr Sebasbtian Yuen was always caring towards my daughter and set my mind at ease. He listened to what I had to say. Was very reassuring, Polite and understanding. He informed me in plain english without jargon, about the treatment he was prescribing and tests that had to be conducted. Overall a lovey caring doctor. I would have no fear of contacting Dr.Yuen with regards to further queries about my daughter's health if I had any concerns in the future. Thank you again Dr.Yuen for all your help and care. This doctor listened to what I had to say, before he examined my 6 month old daughter thoroughly. He then asked more questions and explained what he thought the problem could be. He refered her to the Children's Hospital as he felt this was the best cause of action. He asked If I was happy with this.

Profile
I am a consultant paediatrician who is passionate about delivering high quality care for patients and improving services & lives for children and families. I have postgraduate diplomas in medical education & healthcare leadership and a completed a one year fellowship in quality improvement with the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement.
Whilst I am based in Chesterfield Royal Hospital, I have a regional role safeguarding children.
My current focus is to co-produce a whole system, multi-agency Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder pathway across Derbyshire.
