I have been with Broad Lane Surgery since 2019, under the care of Dr Rashid and Dr Adhkari. I have no words to express my gratitude for their care with myself and my family. They have been the most kind, understanding and efficient doctors I have ever seen in UK. They are patient and listen to your concerns attentively. They understand you know your body best and if you are not okay - you should be taken seriously. They follow up and make sure you are 100% well and comfortable with your health. They don’t let you down. I feel absolutely safe and well looked after by these amazing doctors. The Nurse, is also very experienced and light-handed, she is always welcoming us happy with a big smile. They always doing changes for better, recently they started a very efficient system where you can book, cancel, order prescriptions and many more online. If you are not enable to, calling them 8:30am or 2pm for emergencies works too! They also send you test results via email or text message. Their telephone appointments has been very efficient during pandemic and I support it to carry on even in “normal time” when/ if possible (sensible). We just wanted to say to everyone at Broad Lane Surgery, a big thank you.
