I went to see a doctor about having my blood pressure prescription renewed. I was given an appointment with Dr. Adhikari, who I had not seen before. He took my blood pressure and was very reassuring when it was high, and when it came down to a more normal level, he suggested that I have some blood tests done to check for related conditions. He made several suggestions about how I could improve the readings for my blood pressure, and asked me to arrange to see the phlebotomist in the next couple of days. He then advised that I arrange to come back to see him to check out the results and to see if I needed any other medication. I am usually very nervous when I go to my GP, even though they are all very calm and kind, but I really felt very positive after I'd seen Dr. Adhikari. I would like him to be thanked. He has a lovely manner and gives very clear advice.
