5 star doctor. The best doctor I have come across ever so far in my life. Listened to my concerns regarding my baby, reassured me, explained in detail and it was a shame my baby couldn't be examined by him as it was only a telephone consultation. Hopefully he will remain the way he is and not change his ways under the pressure of the nhs system or healthcare system in uk as it's rare for such doctor in the UK.

there are doctors and there are DOCTORS, Mr. Yousuf is the latter. He could have given my prescription and went on to another patient, but he went out of his way to make sure that I could get a proper fallow up with my GP. As being not from the UK and not knowing all the nuances of the health system here, I am very grateful for this doctor's time and effort that he has put in treating me. In my opinion Dr. Sadiq Yousuf is the true definition of a modern doctor.

Waited few hours with my husband in the emergency unit to be seen by a doctor. The Wexham emergency unit was full and already the frontline staff didn't care, when asked how much longer the receptionist response was 'you are in the green zone' what does the green zone mean I asked and he responded 'It's over there' and continued staring at his screen. He also assumed i wanted to que jump, maybe if he took a minute out to listen then he would have understood why I was asking (the nurse we I saw confirmed the wait will be 10-15 mins not 2 hrs!). HOWEVER, when I got called in by Dr Yusuf he was patient, listened, he examined, he asked lots of questions, great knowledge and expertise on what he was talking about as well as other areas that we talked on. I left with medication, links to do my research a list of tips/things to do or not do which he wrote himself. He made the earlier wrong (with the front line staff) a right by exceeding my expectations even though he was unaware of what happened at the reception desk. Not even my own gp has given the level of attention and concern as much as Dr Yusuf did. He is definitely an asset to the Wexham hospital, wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
