Like, seriously, she needs to run the whole show there! She's an incredible doctor. Checks in with you if she feels concerned, listens to all you have to say in appointments, doesn't make you feel like you haven't a say in your own treatment... The one thing is that she is part time, which I quite understand, but it's a real shame because I, for one, struggle to find another doctor there who I trust as much, though Dr. Pun is my first choice when Dr Rashid isn't around, as she is lovely too. The surgery, sadly, is falling apart at the seams with new systems that are seriously failing patients and management who will swear black is white and it's all going swimmingly when it so clearly isn't. It's such a shame because some doctors there are the best I've ever seen and I am sure bad reviews are putting people off. Worse still, the set up there is no doubt deterring patients bothering to make appointments when they are ill because getting through takes forever and getting an appointment with somebody you want to see is next to impossible. If Dr Rashid ever leaves, I will certainly be leaving with her, that's for sure. I doubt I'm the only one.

A wonderful, caring doctor who truly listens. You never leave the surgery thinking you haven't been fully heard or that she will do everything to try to help. She alone, on many occasions, keeps me on the planet.

Very Professional kind caring Doctor, the best Dr I have had in many years. She is very popular, so appointments book up quickly. She is always my preferred Dr to see.

When able to get to see Dr Raschid I find her caring, attentive and professional, the main problem is getting to see her as I find it almost impossible to get an appointment with her and have been forced to see another doctor on several occasions.
