I had colonoscopy procedure. From start to finish it was considered by the Doctor and Nurses.What could have been an unpleasant procentre. .was made tolerable.Thanks to the caring and considerate nature of Dr Scott and his team.It has been my misfortune to have had a colonoscopy at Thistlmoor road Practice. A totally different approach.Not patient centred.The Nurses were kind.The Doctor who performed the procedure had zero bedside manner .He was in a hurry and the whole procedure was extremely uncomfortable and painful.I was totally shocked as my experience with my first procedure by Dr Scott was uneventful. I expected the same .Would Never go there again.Unfortunately it appears that I will need more of these procedures in the future.To be fair and honest..my partner had a similar procedure with a different Doctor and experienced no problems.
