Dr Mann took me off my cross of psychosis, wrapping me up in a safety blanket of protection and care. He gave me the right medication and listened non-judgementally. He also actively involves you in your own care and treatment by allowing you to input your own feelings and needs, and takes these into consideration. He is considerate and compassionate with kindness.

I felt that I was supported well by the Doctor. He listened to me and made me feel secure. He helped me progress to the point of being discharged. I am very grateful for all his help.

It is good that Dr Mann will see you outside of ward rounds if necessary - it feels like more personalised care.
He could be at times less generic in his questioning.
