Dr. Mann was the silver lining of Bay Ward. Kind, understanding, helpful. He listened to me and worked with me, putting my best interests first. His hands were tied by the appalling practices of the NHFT and the massive caseload he must have, but he did everything he could to help me within his remit. I am very thankful for his help and the fact he listened to me and was so kind.

I have been in Hospital several times (5) Dr. Mann is the first doctor who I feel has listened to me. I would recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in the position of being in hospital. I trust him implicitly and feel honoured that he was in charge of my care so much so that he has inspired me to start a career in caring and I am now working for the NHS myself

Dr Mann has always been very supportive and will always ask the individual their thoughts and feelings before making a decision. Very person centred, caring and professional.
