Dr. Mann was the silver lining of Bay Ward. Kind, understanding, helpful. He listened to me and worked with me, putting my best interests first. His hands were tied by the appalling practices of the NHFT and the massive caseload he must have, but he did everything he could to help me within his remit. I am very thankful for his help and the fact he listened to me and was so kind.
