Bay Ward needs more staff. So we have got someone to talk to & we could do more on the ward to help out day pass and so we don't get angry and upset.

I found Dr Mann very clam and reassuring. He was very skillful with his questioning and grasped my difficulties quickly. He was also clear when I asked him questions and gave answers that made sense. He is very likeable and I wish he was my regular Consultant.

Today I found Dr Mann helpful with giving me strategies of how to fill my time and what would be of value and useful to help me feel productive. He again listened and prioritised his spare time in sorting out my medication with my GP. Little things like this help out. Again great care from Dr Mann. Thank you.
