Dr Patel is one of the most considerate, calm and helpful GP I have ever met. He is extremely patient and always has the ability to put me at ease. I don't really see how he could improve as I feel he is already at the top of his game!

My family and I are all fortunate enough to be looked after by Dr Patel. He listens - really listens - and is quick to act to ensure treatments are prompt. I particularly appreciate his attentiveness to my father who has dementia and Parkinson's and is treated with the greatest respect.

I joined Greystone Surgery from another practice which felt didn't listen to my health problems, an example of this was back problems which wasn't looked into stating I was too young to have any issues. On my first visit to Dr Patel he spotted some signs of injury and arranged for me to see a specialist where it turned out I had some damaged discs and facet joint problems and after some treatment I already feel better. I have seen Doctor Patel on a few occasions and I can say he is a genuine person who listens well to your problems. I find him to be knowledgeable, caring and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I took my 2 year old daughter to see Dr. Patel, after she'd been seen a few other times previously (first instance with Dr. Patel actually). She was initially diagnosed with Bacterial tonsillitis and given antibiotics - long story short, she had to have a few return visits as the antibiotics needed changing, and I ended up by taking her again to the doctors after no improvement to see Dr. Patel last week for a diagnosis of scarlet fever. I found him overall to be a very caring and considerate doctor - very good at explaining the illness and the medication I was getting for my little girl. Having a good bedside manner when you're very upset and worried about a sick child is very reassuring and he put my mind at rest (as much as he could) He also had her in for a follow up appointment, so I'm very happy to recommend him to others.

Gave full attention, to my symptoms and sent me for very comprehensive investigations. mine was not a straight forward problem, so difficult, but he was very patient and understanding. he always discussed treatment and the reasons for it and the next stage of care.
