I joined Greystone Surgery from another practice which felt didn't listen to my health problems, an example of this was back problems which wasn't looked into stating I was too young to have any issues.
On my first visit to Dr Patel he spotted some signs of injury and arranged for me to see a specialist where it turned out I had some damaged discs and facet joint problems and after some treatment I already feel better.
I have seen Doctor Patel on a few occasions and I can say he is a genuine person who listens well to your problems. I find him to be knowledgeable, caring and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
