Receptionist was incredibly rude, shouting orders at patients and I witnessed an old man cry which was mainly down to how he was talked to. Doctor wasn't in a listening mood and ordered blood tests without having a proper conversation. Usually have good care but have noticed standards slipping, will be looking for a new surgery.
We were extremely disappointed to receive your feedback and your experience is not at all what we try to achieve. I have recently moved to the area and on registering with Greystone House, I have found the Doctors and staff most helpful in providing care to me and follow up on treatment.
- Facility to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions online is great. - Able to book early morning appointments extremely helpful - Friendly helpful staff - downside, well sometimes you have to wait much longer than your booked time when you have an early evening appointment.
