I submitted a form with an outline of my concerns, and a call was scheduled with a GP soon after. The GP actually called a day early due to scheduling changes and was very clear about the reason. She listened to my concerns, asked appropriate questions and made me feel comfortable in telling her about my situation. After going through the phone consultation she booked me in for an appointment the same day. Upon arrival at the surgery, the receptionist was extremely helpful and very friendly. I saw the G on time, she gave me follow up actions and was very clear on what I needed to do. I was able to book a follow up appointment at a convenient time, and again, the receptionist was very helpful, despite having several calls to field at the same time. Overall it was a very smooth and easy experience and everyone I met was helpful and supportive.
My only feedback is that automated check-in machine was very slow, and when I arrived I tried to use it, but it kept causing an error. This led to a bit of a queue forming behind me. The receptionist was very good about checking me in manually, but if the appointment machine had been working properly it would have reduced some stress from the patients and staff.
