The reception staff and Dr Patel have always top notch in their service, accommodating manner, listening and diagnosing issues. Particularly when I was ill and undergoing tests Dr Patel in the short time he had for appointments, never made me feel rushed and I felt assured I was in the correct hands of being diagnosed. This type of doctor is valued and can be rare to find. Thank you for all the support to him and his team at Greystone.
