The reception staff and Dr Patel have always top notch in their service, accommodating manner, listening and diagnosing issues. Particularly when I was ill and undergoing tests Dr Patel in the short time he had for appointments, never made me feel rushed and I felt assured I was in the correct hands of being diagnosed.
