I have seen Dr Patel twice in the last 18months largely for advice around matters that were playing on my mind but also for one specific acute condition. DR Patel couldn’t have been more welcoming, engaging and importantly attentive. He listened to my concerns talked me through his understanding and gave excellent advice. As a result I have had two referrals for further specialist intervention. I can’t speak highly enough of DR Patel’s manner and obvious care for and commitment to his patients. From the moment I rang the surgery everything was done quickly and effectively.The receptionist , the practice nurse and Dr Patel were most supportive and caring. Dr Patel listened attentively, checked my blood pressure recommended a course of action and arranged an ECG and another visit appointment
