The most amazing man and professional I know. After many years of misdiagnosis (at the same hospital under a different professional) Patrick finally got it right and saved my life. This man is worth visiting if you are at a loss. He always works and has even called me at 11pm at night when I have been unwell.

Dr Mbaya is the nicest, kindest most understanding Dr I have EVER come across. I have had a Mish mash of diagnoses over the years but I got definitive answers and diagnosis from him. He takes time he listens and will even come to see you should you be in crisis. He seems to never go home & sleep as he is always Woking. He honestly is phenomenal, I just wish he could sort all my conditions as that would be a pleasant experience. I trust Dr Mbaya with my life. He also wrote a book which is a great read which makes you understand why he works the way he does. "Utterly the best Dr I have ever seen x 1,000,000!! He came to see me on bank holiday for which it told him had to go home but don't think that was on the cards! He just wants to help as many people as he can reach.

This wonderful & humble man saved my life following a Nervous Breakdown several years ago. I was a Registered Nurse at the time of my illness and we both practicing at Wythenshawe Hospital. Patrick & his wife came to my wedding in 2002 & it was an emotional & empowering moment for me, to personally thank him for ALL he done for me during my speech. It’s an absolute privilege having been his patient & I will be again no doubt for my life long depressive illness.

I honestly can’t say how much this man has changed my life. Very knowledgeable man and genuinely wants to see you get better. Why can’t there be more like him? A lot of people go round in circles with nhs, this man makes it seem effortless and is worth every penny.
