Dr Snape is very friendly and she puts you at your ease.
She makes sure you understand what she's saying and she makes her best to help you as much as possible.
I wish I could have an appointment with her every time I need instead of seeing different doctors, but I understand the Medical center is busy and they all make a big effort to attend all the patients.
