My own GP insisted I went to A & E because of my asthma being out of control, I was seen very quickly and the service/care I received was of an outstanding quality. This Dr listen to all of my concerns and was very thorough, I had bloods taken, ecg, chest xray, antibiotics, steroids intravenously and 2 nebulisers, this eventually got it under control enough for me to be sent home with a further course of steroids. Under the current pressures the hospitaIs are facing I did not feel as though I was rushed out or wasting their time, he ensured that I was fit enough to go home before he would let me leave the hospital, and made sure I understood that I could come back or call should things deteriate again. Thank you Dr, your calm manner is just what every patient needs when struggling to breathe and having to attend a hospital in these very trying and scary times.

I had to attend A&E King George’s hospital yesterday. I must say how excellently I was being cared by the Dr Olalekan Ogundana. The doctor is caring, sincere and with empathetic attitude and demonstrated knowledge and experience in dealing with patients. The doctor listened me attentively and kept me as part of any decision made and took his time to listen and answered and responded to my questions and concerns.
