I’m please to write this positive review as I had been very well looked after by Dr nishant patodi. Iam an IBD patient. When I first saw Dr Patodi I was really poorly and had lost 20kg and lost my appetite. Had so many open fistulas and looked really unwell. Dr Patodi diagnosed me and did further test and put me on the right medications. After few months, all fistulas healed itself like a miracle, got my appetite back, gained back my weight and even had my stoma reversed

I visited Dr Patodi today at the Royal Berks after an endoscopy undertaken by his team at West Berks. He took the time to explain the results, together with any queries and concerns that I had, and completely put my mind at rest. He will arrange another endoscopy in 2/3 years. His manner is friendly, he explains things very clearly and has a good sense of humour! Always a plus in making a patient feel relaxed. Thank you Dr Patodi, I appreciated your time today.

The nurses were amazing and made me feel at ease. I had decided that I would be sedated but after listening to the nurses I only had the throat spray. The hole experience was very easy and I would highly recommend to have a throat spray. I had been worried 3 weeks before having this procedure but now know that wasnt necessary. I would like to mention Steve and the rest of the team how fantastic they were.

I visited Dr Patodi after I started to experience bowel problems. The initial consultation was great and he speedily arranged a Colonoscopy for the following week. The Colonoscopy was smooth. Even though I opted not to have sedation, Dr Patodi went to great lengths to manage the small amount of pain at one stage. He talked me through every stage and even gave me the 'guided tour' by explaining what he was seeing on the screen. I felt very comfortable. Afterwards he explained the Colitis that he'd discovered and immediately prescribed medication for me to take with me when I went home. I had a further follow up appointment a few weeks later to review the biopsy results - Dr Patodi was great at explaining everything and talking about my treatment options for UC. I was able to ask lots of questions and he patiently answered them by giving me a full explanation. I'm very pleased with Dr Patodi and will continue to visit him to review and manage my UC.
