Dr Patodi is always professional but welcoming and approachable. He puts me at ease so that I feel relaxed and able to discuss even embarrassing symptoms. When he asks questions he really listens to what I say and tries to answer any questions or concerns that I have in a way that I can understand. He seems to have a genuine interest in the care of his patients and getting the best outcome possible.

Dr Patodi was kind, patient and considerate. He listened to my symptoms, asked questions and discussed treatment options. During my procedure he made time to answer my questions and was calm, skilled and confident. I would 100% recommend him and his team, they have been amazing.

He was professional, kind and attentive during my consultations and procedure and provided additional guidance and information to help me understand my condition. A hospital visit for a procedure can be an anxious time, but Dr Patodi made everything very clear in a relaxed and calm manner so made me feel at ease. Excellent service by Dr Patodi and his team from start to finish. I saw Dr Patodi for a colonoscopy and on the day I was completely put at ease by all the staff involved. A very thorough follow up appointment too which made me feel very reassured.

Thanks to Dr Patodi and his great team, after 6 1/2 months I finally have a diagnosis. The quality of care was just amazing I was informed all the way through my procedure; I was extremely uneasy walking in to the hospital on the day of my procedure having had the same procedure 9 days earlier which couldn’t be completed. Dr Patodi and his team made me feel at ease and I had a wonderful nurse talk to me all the way through and keep me calm. The procedure was completed and they found what they were looking for. I had a consultation with Dr Patodi the following day and he explained everything in great detail, he seems to be a very stern Dr; but he has an excellent manner and a sense of humour. I was pleased to finally have some answers and Dr Patodi explained the do’s / don’ts treatment and life going forward. I would recommend Dr Patodi and his colleagues any time and would like to thank them again.

Extremely professional Doctor and great Human being , great help indeed

I felt very well informed and totally at ease throughout both my initial consultation and the procedure that followed. Dr Patodi listened to all my concerns and I was able to see him quickly along with having the investigations that were needed the following week.

I'd thoroughly recommend Dr Patodi - he was kind and friendly throughout and really listened to what I had to say. You don't feel like he is treating your problem lightly and throughout the procedure he was clear in his intentions and very reassuring. Timescales were always reasonable and the quality of care was exceptional throughout.
