Yesterday I received the most wonderful care at West Berkshire Hospital. Every member of staff was kind considerate and helped me through a difficult procedure. I was cared for in a way that made me feel relaxed and looked after. The team in the colonoscopy department are all so friendly and kind. Nothing is to much trouble. Dr Patodi was brilliant. He listened, he was kind, considerate and took a lot of care in the procedure I had to have. I would recommend him to anyone and I am hoping that every time I go back I will be seen by Dr Patodi. Thank you for making what has been unbearable, bearable. You truly are a kind man.

Went to see Dr Patodi for a colonoscopy, feeling very apprehensive. He listened to all my concerns, explained the procedure fully and put me totally at ease. The whole team were so kind and caring. Can't praise him and the nursing team enough.

Dr Patodi covered all my questions I asked, he also explained in detail my ailment and I felt I was in a better place knowing more about it. He is friendly, kind and you do not feel as if he is in a hurry to move onto the next patient. Great experience! Thanks Doc!
