When my partner was taken into ITU Naeem came to discuss with me what had happened. He gave me reassurance that my partner would be fine and that he was doing well. Knowing what Naeem and the nurse has told me I was able to go home knowing my partner was in safe hands. When I came back into the ward in the morning he greeted me with a smile and said “he’s doing great”. I was so relieved. Naeem is a knowledgeable and approachable Doctor with a very good manner. I cannot thank him and the nurse enough. I’ve never had the experience of being a relative in hospital before, it’s horrible to see a loved one poorly, but with staff like Naeem made all the difference. Thank you once again.

Were really calming and explained my condition really well. I felt that everything was handled really well and that i was kept in the loop about the steps being taken to better my health ( being shown my x-rays, for example). I wasn't afraid to ask any questions and all the questions I did ask where met with carefully explained answers so I could understand each step that was being taken.

After a worrying 4 days of not knowing what was happening with my Mother, Dr Meghjee explained in a great way what was happening, what had happened and what is going to happen. He explained things in a great, clear informative way, that was reassuring and put our minds at rest. He wasn’t rushed or impatient, and he answered all of our questions with empathy and tact.
