Our premature twins were treated very well during their stay in the neonatal unit following their birth. Monitoring of our smallest baby has continued during her first year under the care of Dr Elgharably. The additional appointments have been helpful and reassuring.

I was very impressed by the speed at which we were seen. I had the chance to say everything I wanted to about my child's symptoms. Questions were welcomed and answered in detail and I left feeling very satisfied that my child's symptoms had been taken seriously and that I had a plan of action going forwards. I think this rapid access clinic is excellent, and I was also very pleased that a doctor called me the day the GP referral was faxed to the hospital to make sure that my child (who had a non-blanching rash) didn't have any other symptoms which would necessitate urgent care. I am very grateful for the care received.

We had a very good experience with Dr Elgharably, he performed a complete exam of my newborn daughter and answered all my questions. He is available to answer further questions after consultation. About prescriptions, both times I haven't been very convinced with what he prescribed, but I'm sure he prescribed the best in his knowledge and experience. I just had a few objections that I'm sure I can discuss with him further. Overall we are happy with him as our consultant and will be back to his office for a check up next month.

Dr Elgharably has a good manner and makes you feel reassured as a parent. He listens to, and is patient, with your questions; explains things clearly, and gets back to you very promptly if you have any questions outside of an appointment. He also follows up an appointment with clear notes and actions (if there are any).

I visited Dr Elgharably to discuss a bump that my baby had since birth, having been delivered with ventouses. Not only did I receive assistance on this matter, but the doctor checked the general health of my baby and offered me advice on his feeding requirements and gave me the opportunity to discuss any additional issue I might have had. So overall I am more than happy with his service and would definitely recommend him.
