HE AND HIS NURSE PUT ME AT EASE AND FULLY EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE. THEY DID IT IN A PROFFESSIONAL MANNER AND HAD REFINED THE PROCEDURE SO THAT TIME WAS NOT WASTED WHICH WAS WONDERFUL. ALL QUESTIONS WERE FULLY ANSWERED. COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER.

Made me feel at ease, explained in detail the procedure I was about to undergo & confirmed this as the proceedure was underway, and finally explained what to expect during the next 7 days with information on what to do if any problems occur. Basically 5* out of 5*.
