Dr Sultan performed an US guided injection in my shoulder. The experience, from the nurse calling me in to leaving the department was most assuring. The findings of McKee's consultation a couple of weeks prior was properly explained along with this course of treatment and the subsequent options that could occur. The Nurse went on to conduct a questionnaire and an explanation of the possible (almost negligible) risks involved. I was made to feel comfortable and I can honestly say that I did not at all feel either the anaesthetic or cortisone injections. Great job NHS, thank you

Dr Sultan, was very good at explaining the procedure and was very professional, friendly and competent during what could have been an uncomfortable procedure. He made me feel at ease and explained everything he was doing and was very reassuring. The team in the department were also very good and pleasant to deal with. Thank you..

This was my first visit to City Hospital having a guided shoulder injection, so quite tense; I needn't have worried as Dr Sultan and his team were totally brilliant. He was friendly, calming and so informative explaining everything to me at a suitable pace. I never felt rushed and cannot praise him enough; a credit to the health service - thank you.
