Just home after excellent care and treatment at PDH. I had a Fluoro Shoulder Lt Guided Hydrodilation in my left shoulder. Appointment at 15.00hrs; in and changed by 15.05hrs ready for injection and on bed after initial consultation by two lovely nurse (can't remember their names). Dr Sultan came over and explained exactly what was going to happen and got prep'd. I must admit i was rather nervous but that was totally unnecessary. Dr Sultan was calm and had a very reassuring voice. He did all the prep on my shoulder then injected some anesthetic, probably the worse part and that was absolutely nothing at all. He then commenced after a minute or so with the other treatments and before i knew it that was it. The nurse came over and took care of me and walked me back to the changing room reassuring me all the way. After 20 mins sitting down i was again asked if i was ok and if so i was fine to leave. Super job done by a wonderful team from the NHS, no complaints whatsoever just praise on praise for their care.

Dr Sultan was extremely professional, sensitive to my needs and knowledgeable. He was understanding, had a good grasp of my condition and I felt I could trust him implicitly. He had a good sense of humour and made me feel comfortable. I felt no pain when the procedure was carried out. It took place over six months ago and I am still pain-free in my hip region.

I saw Dr Sultan today first time I have been to see him and found him to be very friendly and easy to talk to, before he did the procedure he explained to me what was going to happen and took time to listen to my questions and concerns. When it came to doing the procedure I felt very at ease , then afterwards he explained what to do for the next few days, very happy to have seen Dr sultan today.

I visited Dr Sultan on 8th November 2021 and was impressed with his bedside manner. I had a US guided injection and he explained each step of the treatment. He and his nurse were very caring and kept me calm while I was having my injection. I never felt any pain at all. Thank you.

Dr Sultan was very reassuring I suffer from Anxiety and he made the procedure as less stressful as he possibly could.
