Dr Kakad and his staff have always been extremely helpful. I was very impressed with my first contact with Dr Kakad and the first point of contact is important. I was surprised by how helpful and kind he was. The initial home visit was done immediately. He has shown empathy, understanding and without doubt gone beyond the call of duty with referrals and medical care. He is very caring and he always is able to see me or return my calls. I have had positive experiences with Dr Kakad and hands down one the best medical doctors I have seen in this town. He is calm, positive, thorough and friendly. Dr Kakad is a very caring, humble and compassionate person who listens to the patient. He gives the correct advice and also makes sure that he follows up by taking the time out to enquire about my health. I found that he was very approachable and comfortable to talk to about my problems. For his age I found him to be very mature and understanding.
