I’m very lucky and privileged to have a doctor like Dr Kakad. He is very kind and makes time to listen to the patient’s needs, treating them with respect and putting their needs first.

I work full time but also take care of my 88yr old father. My fathers health is declining but Dr Kakad and the surgery have been very helpful and supportive Dr Kakad will call me at times that suit my work schedule and really listens when I explain what is happening with my father. This surgery is a caring surgery who truly care about their patients

My 87yr old father took a fall and ended up in hospital. Dr Kakad and Dr Matthews both made themselves aware of his vulnerability. Treated him with respect and patience. Both made sure that I was kept informed as my father could get confused. They would call me after consultations and were quick to refer him to a specialist fall clinic. My daughters both choose to see either of these Dr's and it was summed up by one if them (who does not go to the doctors very often) by saying 'when I see him, I feel he listens and I am not wasting his time' Both these doctors have EXCELLENT bedside manner and explain the diagnosis clearly etc.
