She was kind, caring and considerate and all whilst working in an extremely pressured environment in a surgery that is having substantial building work done. My son has been very poorly with breathing problems, doc Lovis has gone out of her way to support us both, going above and beyond, always finding time for us in her very busy day. As a mummy with a poorly child it can be terrifying and lonley, never sure if you're doing the right thing, she has explained every step to me, and reassured me. Her kindness has helped as all so much.

My little boy has been very poorly with wheezing, it gets very scary at times, and lately he has had to see doctors, he's been in hospital and been so ill, the only shining light in this is the wall house, it's doctors and receptionists have supported us every step of the way. Doc Lovis has been amazing. She understands my sons condition and has gone above and beyond to help us both, not only doing her very best to make him better but also supporting me in my care for him. I have been told so many differnt things in hospital and she helps me sort through the advice and finds out what is truly good for him. Her kindness has helped a sleep deprived worried mummy and her poorly son more than I could ever say.
